There are many things that annoy me about my superiors. (I'm not too worried about whinging about my bosses here. They don't blog, nor read, they only know how to eat. TOP 10 Bad Behaviours of Bosses Who Are Only Up There Because They Are SEASONED...
1) big shameless bullies:
E.g. Ordered the technical assistant (T.A) to settle their mobile line transfer from company-owned, something which was absolutely out of the former's job scope. T.A then walked all the way from KLCC to the Celcom HQ on Jln Semarak under the scorching sun during lunch because he didn't realise that there is a much closer branch next to CitiBank.
But I suppose when it comes to bullying even junior executives have the flair for it.
E.g. Junior Exec had to photocopy some documents for a vendor who was waiting to take them back with him. Junior Exec buzzed the T.A, who by the way sits smack at the other end, told him to come over to do the copying although the machine is located near the Jr. Exec's side of the office. Jr. Exec then proceeded with small talk with the vendor. The "conversation" lasted barely 1 minute. In her defence Jr. Exec claimed that it was within the T.A's job scope (This talk about job scope is making me nauseous). Jr. Exec forgot however, to mention that sometimes she sits doing nothing but surf the web & hang on the phone and that she was absolutely capable of doing simple photocopying without adversely affecting her own work.
Situation is always worse with too nice a T.A, such as this one.
